We believe that we are now seeing the best investment opportunities since the S&L crisis and subsequent formation of the Resolution Trust Corporation. As such, our efforts through 2015 will remain focused on investing in distressed commercial real estate in the form of either first deed of trust or bank owned properties (REO).
